Aloo ka chokha


  • Potatoes : 5
  • Chopped ginger 1/2 inch
  • Chopped Garlic 2 bulbs
  • Green chillies 3 finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • 3 tbsp Mustard Oil


  • Peel 4-5 boiled potatoes break them into small pieces, add chopped ginger, green chillies, green coriander, red chilly powder , mustard oil, garlic and salt to it then mix well. Aloo ka Chokha is ready.
  • Put Chokha in a bowl, dip hot Litti in melted Ghee, Litti can also be broken at the centre and then dipped. Serve with Chokha, green coriander chutney and eat.
