My lil sister visited me home today and told that all her frens in college are fond of eating... SO i decided to make a goodies box for her with her favorite Nutella Cup Cakes. This time I did frosting too. yayy yayy :)
I use Punjab Sind White butter for frosting and Amul Yellow Butter for cupcakes.

For Cup Cakes
- Butter : 100 gram (1/2 cup)
- Brown Sugar : 100 gram (1/2 cup)
- 2 eggs
- Flour : 80 gram (3/4 cup)
- Cocoa Powder : 25 gram (1/4 cup)
- Milk : 40 ml
- 100 gram soft Nutella
For Butter Cream
- Butter : 100 gram
- Icing Sugar : 225 gram
- Nutella : 30 gram
- 1 tbsp Milk
Method
For Cupcake
- In a bowl, whisk together the butter and brown sugar till tje brown sugar specks start disappearing.
- Add the eggs and whisk till light and fluffy.
- In another bowl sift together the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and fold the above mixture with a spatula. Ass the milk and mix thoroughly.
- Line cupcake moulds with liners and scopp batter into each liner till 2/3 full.
- Bake at 180 C for 15 minutes in convection mode such that when inserted in the centre of the cake, comes out clean.
- Once the cupcakes have cooled, make a hole in the middle of each cupcake with a knofe and spoon in the Nutella.
