Ingredients
- Potatoes : 5
- Chopped ginger 1/2 inch
- Chopped Garlic 2 bulbs
- Green chillies 3 finely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- 3 tbsp Mustard Oil
Method
- Peel 4-5 boiled potatoes break them into small pieces, add chopped ginger, green chillies, green coriander, red chilly powder , mustard oil, garlic and salt to it then mix well. Aloo ka Chokha is ready.
- Put Chokha in a bowl, dip hot Litti in melted Ghee, Litti can also be broken at the centre and then dipped. Serve with Chokha, green coriander chutney and eat.
